Bartley Kerr
D.C. / CEO / Founder Dr. Kerr has been in practice since 1998 and has helped thousands of patients, committing them to the best possible care. He received his bachelor's degree from USF and his D.C. degree from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Since starting his practice, Dr. Kerr has continued his education by keeping up to date with the latest research and techniques with hormone therapy, nutrition, exercise, and genetics. He has also worked with some of the top minds in these fields to help him formulate personalized treatment plans for his patients. He wrote the best selling book "Rejuvenation" to relate these concepts to both physicians and the general public. Dr Kerr is currently or has been an active member of the following organizations: Bio-Identical Hormone Society, Endocrine Society, Growth Hormone Research Society, International Society for the Study of the Aging Male, Society for the Study of Androgen Deficiency, Mini-Residency on Optimal Hormone Replacement. |

Phillip Pullen
D.O. / Orthopedic Surgeon / Medical Director Dr. Pullen is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon who has been in practice for over 20 years in the Tampa area, treating sports injuries, trauma, and disease of the joints.
He has gained a significant amount of interest in ways to help his patients feel younger and avoid injury. He has helped many patients slow down the progression of degenerative problems by utilizing amniotic tissue grafts and platelet rich plasma, with surgery being the last resort. With NRC, he enjoys the opportunity to help patients achieve these goals, as well as their health and fitness goals through their diet, exercise, and hormone optimization treatments. Dr. Pullen is also skilled in medical aesthetics and dedicated to helping people look and feel younger, and maintain their competitive edge in life! |

Elizabeth Boyle
Nurse Practitioner / BSN Elizabeth has worked in the field of nursing for over 15 years. She graduated with her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She attended and received her B.S.N. from John Hopkins University.
She worked at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago as an ICU nurse. She later attended Loyola University of Chicago, where she received her M.S.N. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in Urgent Care, Hepatology at University of Chicago Medicine and in Gastroenterology in the Clearwater area. She moved to Florida from Chicago with her husband and three boys. She has a lifelong passion for health and well-being, her focuses being nutrition and exercise ~ in particular, running, yoga, watersports, and horse-back riding. |

Cara Schaible
Office Manager Cara has been part of Dr. Kerr's staff since 2020 and the manager of NRC since 2021. She ensures smooth operations of the office and strives for patients getting the high quality service and care they deserve. She is hands-on support for any office needs, including administrative tasks, business maintenance, and social media marketing.
As Dr. Kerr puts it, "she's the octopus of the office!" |
Lauren Vatter
Patient Care & Relations Lauren is the latest addition to our staff and the welcoming voice of NRC! As our main receptionist, she handles patient requests and communications, keeping them educated and supported throughout their treatment. She is devoted to giving people a pleasant experience with NRC!
