Bartley Harvard Kerr, DC, Founder of NRC and CEO
Dr. Kerr has been in practice since 1998 and has helped thousands of patients and is committed to the best possible care for them. Dr. Kerr received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and his D.C. degree from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Since starting his practice, Dr. Kerr has continued his education by keeping current and up to date with the latest research and techniques in hormone therapy, nutrition, exercise, and genetics. In addition, he has worked with some of the top minds in these fields to help him formulate specific, personalized treatment plans for his patients. He wrote the best selling book "Rejuvenation" to relate these concepts to both physicians and the general public alike. Dr. Phillip A. Pullen, DO, Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Phil Pullen is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who has been in practice for over 15 years in the greater Tampa area treating sports injuries, trauma, and diseases of the joints. Dr. Pullen has gained a significant amount of interest in ways to help his patients feel younger and avoid injury, and National Rejuvenation Centers is a great fit for him. He has helped many patients slow the progression of degenerative problems by utilizing amniotic tissue grafts and platelet rich plasma with surgery being the last resort. With National Rejuvenation Centers, he enjoys the opportunity to help patients achieve these goals as well as their health and fitness goals through diet, exercise, and hormone optimization treatments, again with surgery being the last option. Dr. Pullen also is skilled in medical aesthetics and is dedicated to the ever increasing desire for people to look and feel younger and maintain their competitive edge in life!
Elizabeth Boyle, B.S.N., Nurse Practitioner
Elizabeth has worked in the field of nursing for almost 15 years. She graduated with her B.S. from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She attended and received her B.S.N. from Johns Hopkins University. She worked at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago as an ICU nurse. She later attended Loyola University of Chicago, where she received her M.S.N. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in Urgent Care, Hepatology at University of Chicago Medicine, and most recently in Gastroenterology in the Clearwater area. She moved to Florida from Chicago about two years ago with her husband and three boys. She has had a lifelong passion for health and wellbeing. In particular, her focuses are running, yoga, watersports, horseback riding, and nutrition. Florida has provided a great environment for her to pursue all her outdoor interests! National Rejuvenation Centers’ pursuit for the three pillars of excellence, including, hormone replacement, nutrition, and exercise, are an excellent fit for Elizabeth’s interests. Rhonda, Director of Patient Care and Relations, N.C.M.A.
Rhonda is our director of patient care and relations, and is a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant with experience in medical care. Rhonda liaises with pharmacies for management of patient’s medication and has extensive experience in coordinating with laboratories for patients’ diagnostic needs. She coordinates with patients from the initial visit, through the diagnostics, and will administer patients’ injection. She is a graduate of Career Institute of Florida with high honors and completed her externship with NRC.

Michael Wittmer DC, Clinical Director
Dr. Wittmer has been in practice since 1980 after receiving his D.C. degree from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Wittmer has also been a faculty member at Logan University since 1984 until present day along with serving as Chief of Staff from 2010-2015, educating thousands of physicians around the country. He is also a certified USA Weightlifting coach and served as a valued member of the USA Weightlifting Board of Directors. Since starting his practice, Dr. Wittmer, has helped thousands of patients and is committed to the best possible care for them. Dr. Wittmer has lead and assisted with continuing education seminars for Doctors of Chiropractors, athletic trainers, along with personal trainers.
Lawrence F. Miller, M.D., M.S., F.A.C.E.P., F. A.E.M.S.,
Dr. Lawrence Miller is a physician for National Rejuvenation Centers of St. Louis, and served in that position since its’ opening in 2017. Dr. Miller has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern University, his Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota and his Medical Degree at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. Dr. Miller is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. Dr. Miller was a Major, Medical Corp., United States Air Force Reserves. He was deployed as a Flight Surgeon during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He was awarded the Aerial Achievement Medal for flying 20 combat missions as a Flight Surgeon. He also was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal. Dr. Miller is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, National Association of EMS Physicians and a life member of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He is an active member of the Metro Edge Figure Skating Club of Webster Groves, Missouri and the U.S. Figure Skating Association as his daughters are skaters on the nationally competitive St. Louis Synergy Synchronized Skating Teams.
Lisa Bennett, Medical Assistant
Lisa earned her Medical Assistant Degree with honors from Missouri College. She has worked in the health care field for over 20 years. She enjoys helping others feel their best. She loves spending her free time with her four boys and granddaughter.
Emily Catrett, Office Coordinator
Emily earned her Bachelors Degree from Lindenwood University. She has worked in the healthcare and hospitality field for over 15 years and has a lot of experience working closely with patients and physicians. Her goal is that every patient, at every visit, feels comfortable and confident that their health will be our top priority. She has been married to her husband, Ben, for 9 years and they have two boys and are proud foster parents.
Nick Bielke – Business Manager
Nick Bielke is the business manager for National Rejuvenation Centers of St. Louis. He has extensive finance and managing experience. Nick and his wife, Amy, have been together for 20 years and have two boys. Once reaching the age of 35, he felt a lack of energy, poor sleep quality, and not getting results from his workouts. After starting the rejuvenation program, his overall health, energy level, and quality of life have improved so much that he is dedicated to bringing that success to patients in St. Louis.
Jeff Wittmer – Marketing Director
Jeff is a former Olympic Weightlifter who began at the age of 10 in his home basement gym. After a few months of training Jeff decided to enter his first meet and from there he had continued success by winning his first 50 competitions and accepted an invitation to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO to compete for the United States. Jeff earned his Bachelor Degree in Marketing from Lindenwood University and has taught weightlifting classes at numerous Crossfit gyms and serves as an instructor/demonstrator for Olympic Weightlifting seminars across the country.
