Frequently Asked Questions:
What is Rejuvenation Medicine?
Rejuvenation medicine is the use of hormone balance, sound nutrition, and proper exercise along with lifestyle modifications to reverse many of the components associated with the aging process.
I don't live in Florida, can I still become a patient?
Yes, you can still become a patient if you live in another state! We are able to do tele-medicine on a national scale, even for your initial visit. So no matter what state you live in, you can book with us today!
What should I expect on my first visit?
During your one hour initial consult, your physician will meet with you personally to discuss your symptoms, goals, and history. At this time all your questions will be answered and we gather the information we need to order the proper diagnostic tests, formulate nutritional regimens and create an exercise plan. A future appointment will be made to discuss your lab results, treatment plan and physical examination (this is included in the initial examination cost).
What are follow up visits?
A follow up examination will be performed around 2 months after the initiation of treatment. Bloodwork will be ordered to access hormone levels and overall health. Future re-evaluations will be performed on an individual basis depending on a patient's specific needs. It is very important that we periodically monitor a patient's blood levels to ensure they're still on track. Typically, we re-evaluate these levels every 3-4 months.
How much will it cost?
We do not work with health insurance, as they usually do not cover the kind of treatment necessary for optimizing your health. However, one of our primary goals is to make bio-identical hormone therapy and our other protocols affordable to everybody, not just the elite. Please give our office a call for additional information.
